Shipping and Returns


ANTIAGING® Institute of California’s products are shipped via USPS or UPS inside the United States and DHL, UPS or FEDEX for International orders. Shipping and handling charges vary by weight and time in transit. Delivery may take one to four weeks or longer based on destination and time of year.

Returns and Refunds

ANTIAGING® Institute of California’s products have been used by many of our very satisfied clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us for a RAN (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) for your return within 7 days of purchase on unopened products with customer name, invoice number and nature of the problem. Since Vitamins, supplements, and Creams are health related and are time-sensitive we cannot accept returns of later than one week of purchase and all opened products under any conditions.

ANTIAGING® Institute of California offers a 7 days return policy on selected items based on the return policies described below.

All products returned MUST: Be 100 percent complete and not opened, contain ALL original packaging, have original UPC codes on the bottles and jars, contain all manuals, invoices and documentation provided by ANTIAGING ® Institute of California.

You are responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchange items; ANTIAGING® Institute of California will provide return shipping labels on your replacement or exchange item(s).

ANTIAGING® Institute of California strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and signature for your protection.

If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE the package back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for ANTIAGING® Institute of California to file a damage claim with our insurance Company. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packaging it arrived in, notify ANTIAGING® Institute of California immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify the ANTIAGING® Institute of California of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. Please call 310.858.7006 or email your ANTIAGING® Institute of California account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to ANTIAGING® Institute of California within 7 days from the receipt date by the shipping company, at ANTIAGING® Institute of California’s discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Any item can ONLY be replaced with the same item.  

  ANTIAGING® Institute of California reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the receipt date by the shipping Company,

IF the product is received after 7 days of invoice date due to delay by shipping Company or Act of God (Earthquakes, Floods, Pandemics, etc.), Credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

Original shipping charges are refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to ANTIAGING® Institute of California on returned items, and ANTIAGING® Institute of California will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s).

Credit Card charges are processed online after ordering the products and/or services.
